  Our waitress was named Ashli, she was very pregnant so maybe that's why she looked frustrated and annoyed right from the moment she sat us. We arrived around 12:20, knew what we wanted immediately but had to flag down a bus girl by 12:45 to get Ashli to come back over to take our drink and food order. At 1:10 our food arrived, dried out, cold and wilted. It was a huge disappointment but we understand circumstances arise. At 1:17 (we will be late returning to work) so we give our cards to Ashli and tell her to make it easy she can just split it equally 3 ways. 1:25, no Ashli. She clearly hates us now. But Jeff comes over and asks how things are, in which we reply with sad faces, "it was alright". Jeff returns with our cards and comps our whole meal. Jeff is head culinary chef and apologizes for our experience. Jeff, I will return because I know that restaurants & servers have off days. But mostly because when you apologized I could see how much you believed in your restaurant.
  Keep believing Jeff, ill be back for sure.

  As a first-time customer I was excited about going to Macaroni Grill but when I went into it I was less than impressed it had a dingy/mildew smell. It does not look like they thoroughly clean up the place at night, it looks like its cleaned at but not a lot of time putting into cleaning up the place sanitize it that's what that place needs a good Sanitation. The food also was less impressive i was served dry chicken, very nasty I will not go to that location again and I will let my friends know not to go to that location Macaroni Grill get your act together you're losing customers
