  The night was pretty awesome!! The atmosphere was fun. Lighting was perfect. The pricing was amazing. Shoes and working lanes no problem. However more hip music, better service is a must. We noticed the wait staff didn't care to serve our party, the wait at the bar was just as long. The bathrooms. (DEAD) When we left for the night the guys spraying shoes are talking to who knows while were just standing there it wasn't until we placed our shoes he decided speak. Those are unfortunate because the place was pretty awesome. But people looking for a good time except service.

  We came down from Illinois for a week and spent 3 days at this location. It is hands down the nicest bowling alley I have ever been to. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would reccomend this place to anyone! 5 stars from us!

  Visited this venue for the first time and upon walking in to the counter, the person at the register, perhaps the manager (not wearing uniform but with ear piece) walked away even when I was face to face with him.
  We waited until a friendlier guy in uniform greeted us and helped out. Just as we finished telling him that we wanted a lane and bowling shoes the first guy returned and as it seemed bossed the other uniformed employees around.
  He then turned to me and asked what I wanted and I had to repeat myself.
  We had lane 40 which was hard to find since the numbers are not displayed prominently on each lane.
  
  There were many other lanes open in the main section but it seemed the manager thought it was better to crowd everyone into the smaller section of lanes 36-42.
  
  The lane was horrid and seemed to only be waxed halfway down the lane.
  
  Wait staff was friendly and alright.

  Went to Bowlmor Addison for my sister's birthday party, had a great time! We only had appetizers - average to good bar food - hot, satisfying and served quickly. We bowled 4 games. Not the place I would go for League games unless you have your own ball (then again, I don't belong to a League). The bowling balls are limited in variety (I have big hands and it took a while to find an extra-large ball). The staff was great - friendly, helpful and very willing to go out of their way to make you happy. Special kudos to our bartender Alex who was very efficient and attentive. Didn't play any of the arcade games or crane-prize booths except my sister who raved about the "3-D Motion" totally enclosed game. Overall we had a lot of fun and we will be back.
